Limited Warranty
Manufacturer warrants products to be free from any and all defects in materials and workmanship, under normal usage, for five years after date of purchase. Campbell Industrial Supply will repair or replace any part of such product which is defective in material or workmanship if the defect appears within a period of five years from date of purchase. This warranty does not apply to products or parts not manufactured by Campbell Industrial Supply, or to products or parts which have been repaired or altered by others than the manufacturer, or which shall have been subject to negligence, sand or other abrasive materials, improper operation, accidents, improper maintenance or storgage or other than normal usage, application, or service. Parts manufactured by other companies are covered under warranty for a period of one year. All motors are warranteed by the manufacturer for one year. Campbell Industrial Supply is authorized to handle any motor warranty claim. Due to the nature of the fuction they perform and the elements to which they are exposed this warranty covers all submersible and exterior pump parts for a period of one year. Warranty does not apply to any alterations or repairs done outside the factory or authorized service center, nor does it obligate the manufacturer to assume any labor charges in connection with the replacement of parts or the replacement of any materials other than the defective part. For any product believed to be defective please email, call or write to Campbell Industrial Supply or nearest distributor or agent. Give name, address, date of purchase, model and describe the nature of the defect. If product was damaged in transit, file a trip transit claim with your carrier. Products may be improved with out notice. Changes or improvements will not impose obligation by manufacturer to install the same on products heretofore mentioned. Campbell Industrial Supply P.O. Return Policy
Due to the nature and the function of Slip Mixing and Casting Equipment performs and the elements to which they are exposed we cannot accept the return of used equipment. Even if that equipment has only been used one time. We do however realize that on occasion the incorrect product or part may be purchased. If requested in advance, within 10 days of the original date of receipt by the customer. Campbell Industrial Supply will accept new merchandize returned in its original packaging. Due to clerical and labor costs the customer will be required to pay a 25% restocking charge and all shipping costs involved. Direct payments (Cash, Check, Money Order) made to Campbell Industrial Supply by the customer will be refunded, minus the 25% re-stocking charge, within 15 days after receipt of returned merchandise. Purchases made with a credit card will be refunded the amount due to that same credit card with in 15 days after receipt of returned merchandise. Free shipping (Small items). 3. Shipping and handling added at time of purchase based on shipping and handling costs. Any shipping and handling costs that are calculated at the time of purchase are applied to the item automatically during the shopping cart process. Shipping charges only apply to the US continental 48 states. Additional shipping charges will apply to all other shipments.
